Within the last week or so, there was a long article I saw linked to from Twitter that discussed innovation and disruptive programmers (and how today's disruptives become tomorrows... something else, I can't remember what they called them). It was about how a good manager is responsible for continually hiring disruptives and pitting the two against each other, because both are important.

I read the article on my iPhone in the twitter ios app and forgot to star it or retweet it and now I can't find it anywhere. Anyone else read this article? Could you please give me the link?
